How to play Rapid Fire

  1. A 3-2-1, then a round of eight this-or-thats, such as Call or Text and Beach or Mountains. Tap your own answer on your own phone, five seconds each.
  2. Before the reveal, call how many you think you matched: the right number scores 4, one off scores 2.
  3. Then you see who picked what, side by side, and how in sync you were. Two rounds make a Game.

Before you start

How do two people score?
Together. Every prompt you both answered the same way is worth 2 to each of you. A prompt that runs out counts as no answer, never against how in sync you are.
Can a group play?
Yes, two to twelve. Each prompt where you pick the same as most people scores 2, and the reveal names the odd one out.
How long does it take?
About two minutes. Each round is forty seconds at most, and it ends as soon as everyone is done.
Is Rapid Fire free?
Yes. It runs in the browser on a phone or computer, with no download, no account and nothing to pay. One person starts a Room and sends the link.
